The Importance of Personal Growth

When working with couples there is a common trend.  It is hard for two unhealthy individuals to enjoy a healthy relationship.  On the flip side, two individuals that are working to become healthier will enjoy a healthier relationship.  this is why we encourage and promote individual self care. 

We often recommend that couples spend considerable time on individual growth.  When individuals grow individually it has an immediate positive impact on the relationship.  This is so powerful and so important.  Couples that consistently grow together are better equipped to manage and thrive during difficult seasons.  Change and challenges will happen.
